Masjienburo client and the business arrangement we have with you, is important
to us. For this reason I am compelled to provide you with the relevant
information in order for you to make an informed decision regarding the purchase
of youroffice equipment and related products offered by Masjienburo and its
subsidiaries.
To a greater or lesser extent Masjienburo is currently a supplier of
certain equipment and services to you and/or your company. I would like to
become the sole supplier of ALL products
and services, as we have the service and infrastructure to comply with all your needs.
In order for you to make an informed decision you will have to satisfy yourself
as to the products and services which Masjienburo can provide. If you do not
have 5 minutes available at the moment to read through this document, I urge you
to leave it until a more appropriate time when you can peruse it over a cup of
coffee. I am certain that you will have a better insight into the various
industrial branches and the variety of products and services the Masjienburo
group of companies has to offer once you have read this document in full.
BACKGROUND
Masjienburo
was established in 1977 as a company which sold and repaired strictly office
equipment and computers, because that was how the industry in South Africa was
shaped at that stage. Approximately 12 years ago the office equipment industry
was largely transformed to the extent where opportunities were forged to acquire
virtually any electronic product through Masjienburo and its choice of
commercial partners. Masjienburo was quick to recognize the opportunities and
gradually phased in the various options. We ascribe this variety of products
mainly to 3 reasons: (i) the right choice of suppliers and decades of profitable
arrangements with them; (ii) the advent of the Internet which enables the
consumer to do his/her own research about the required products/services,
forcing us, the suppliers, to comply with their needs; (iii) the realisation
that the needs of almost all our clients regarding other products and services
can ALSO be met by Masjienburo, as our suppliers now offer these product series.
Without the right commercial partners, though, such an offer would not be
possible.
Masjienburo
has been transformed gradually to provide in the consumers' needs, but also to
offer a more focused presentation regarding this wide range of products and
services which we have on offer.
I

approximately 3 000 kilometres has enabled us to provide wireless Internet
service where it could not be provided by the fixed line providers, and this

has been synonomous with cellphones since the inception of the industry in South
Africa. In June 2010 a new era dawned for us when we acquired the High Street

shops have also developed to such an extent due to the demands of the market
that laptop packages are now available with a data package on contract. In so
doing this expensive piece of equipment has now become affordable to students
and people in the lower income group.

Most
of your machines need “petrol” to function. This “petrol” is available
at our Accessories section, which stocks the largest series for almost any type
of machine.

Samsung,
for example, sells printers, cellphones, fridges, TVs and many other products.
33 Years ago each of these appliances was bought at a different dealer. Today we
are able to supply, for example, the whole series of Samsung products. There are
many other similar suppliers, and if you are on our distribution list, you will
receive flyers from time to time, informing you of products that are not
relevant to your office needs, but which we can supply WITH the necessary after
sale service. As a result of our bargaining power you will find that our prices
for these products can be compared favourably to the most competitive prices in
the market.

Masjienburo
is privileged to have been appointed as the commercial partner of the National
Institute for the Deaf. There is a great need to empower this segment of our
